Individual Therapy

I offer individual therapy to adults across the lifespan. I draw on cognitive behavioral therapies (focusing on current thoughts, feelings, and behaviors) and psychodynamic therapies (focusing on past experiences, relationships, and attachments) for a holistic understanding of you, your experiences, and how we can create change.

Couples Therapy

I provide couples therapy to help partners address communication barriers, stressful life transitions, or negative spirals of interactions. I give space for both partners to share safely and honestly so that we can address patterns of behavior and emotions that are causing distress in the relationship.
