I’m a licensed clinical psychologist providing telehealth sessions to adults, young adults, and couples in New Jersey, New York, and Texas. I provide in person sessions in New York City. I received my doctorate in Clinical Psychology from Long Island University Post and a Masters in Clinical Psychology from Columbia University. I specialize in working with adults and young adults who are experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or feeling the impact of earlier experiences, including family/generational stressors and unaddressed trauma. I also provide couples therapy for partners having difficulty communicating or navigating stressful transitions.
My goal is to help people face their difficult experiences and gain the skills to overcome symptoms undermining their ability to build the life and relationships they want. I provide a collaborative space to reflect and connect with yourself while we gain clarity on how to make effective changes. I use solution and skill-focused strategies balanced with attending to and processing past experiences.
My style is warm, gentle, and honest, with appropriate humor. I primarily practice cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and psychodynamic therapy while providing holistic, culturally sensitive, and trauma-informed care.
